Services: Pre-Construction

For clients wishing to undertake an evaluation of their project prior to committing to construction, we offer pre-construction services. These services include the preparation of detailed project budgets based on standard trade divisions, as well as pre-construction planning and site related investigations. Close relationships with local authorities in all of our markets allow us to successfully participate in any discussions relating to the project.
