Feature Project – A Relationship Built to Last
Graham and Washington State University
(...back)
In the same month, Graham also signed a General Contractor/Construction Management contract to construct a 125,000 sq. ft. (11,613 m2) Biomedical and Health Sciences Building, at the Spokane campus, that will include research and teaching labs, classrooms, and administrative and faculty offices for health sciences. The first phase in a multi-phase research complex, the facility will house the medical education program, as well as the WSU College of Pharmacy. The buildings will serve as another cornerstone to WSU's efforts to becoming a hub for higher education in medicine and science.
The key to Graham's sustained relationship with WSU is that they stick to the fundamentals; Graham listens to their client and understands their needs, standards, and protocols. Graham also provides their expertise whenever WSU makes decisions and/or changes that could affect the project. By adopting their client's objectives as their own, Graham has become a trusted WSU partner and as a result has successfully delivered project after project. And because of this track record, WSU continues to rely on Graham to meet their growth and expansion needs.
